CAI-Georgia Executive Team
The CAI-Georgia Executive Team works in partnership with the Board of Directors to support the strategic vision and daily operations of the Chapter. Together, they plan and execute high-quality professional networking events, drive member engagement and growth, and oversee the Chapter's financial health. The Executive Team also supports legislative advocacy efforts, educational programming, and initiatives that strengthen the community association industry across Georgia - ensuring CAI-Georgia continues to deliver meaningful value to its members and communities.
Tina Saadat graduated from Columbia College with a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management. She spent most of her career in the medical industry, including 11 years in Navy medicine. Tina continued her healthcare career working in stem cell transplants as a technician and Customer Service Manager. Tina served six years as the Southeast Regional Manager for the National Marrow Donor Program. Tina joined CAI in June 2015 as the Executive Director.
Tina has played an active role in her own neighborhood community and served in various positions from Social Chair to President of her HOA. Tina has been married to her husband, Jeff, since 1986. She has two grown married children and four grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, gourmet cooking and tennis. Caitlin Janofsky Caitlin joined CAI-Georgia in February 2016 and supports the Executive Director while overseeing marketing, social media, sponsorships, events, accounting and website management. She lives in Milton with her husband, Rich, and their two daughters, Amelia and Lucy. Caitlin is actively involved with her children's school and community and spends most of her free time as the biggest cheerleader traveling to support both daughters' elite lacrosse teams. Kinsey Ward ![]() Office & Member Events Assistant [email protected] Kinsey Ward graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. degree in Special Education and a Minor in Psychology. Through her Special Education career, she spent time working in an orphanage in Romania to help children with disabilities. She has also taught in Elementary Schools and did private tutoring. Before joining CAI, she was working for a digital marketing company. Kinsey joined CAI-Georgia in April 2026 and supports the Executive Director and the Marketing & Member Engagement Coordinator with membership and planning events. Outside of work, she lives in Cumming with her husband Clint, and four kids, Brooklyn, Jackson, Adaline and Callie. With her spare time Kinsey loves to play tennis and travel with her family. Otherwise, she is busy volunteering at the local schools and supporting her children in their extracurricular activities. |
