With nearly 50,000 members, CAI has 65 chapters worldwide, including Canada, the Middle East and South Africa, and relationships with housing leaders in countries around the world. CAI enhances community living by establishing and promoting high standards, best practices, and state of the art resources and education in community association governance and management and advocating for legislative and policy support. CAI members include association board members and other homeowner leaders, community managers, association management firms and other professionals who provide products and services to associations. The Georgia Chapter of CAI (CAI-Georgia) is a very large chapter with more than 1,100 active members, including business partners, homeowner leaders and over 500 manager members representing more than 50 management companies. The CAI-Georgia Chapter is dedicated to enhancing the quality of community association living through education, legislative advocacy and professional development.
